Our previous customer of wafer packaging R2R testing machines had a plan to maximize his capacity utilization with minimum downtime. They needed a way to have full visibility of their plants, each line and equipment, to schedule jobs remotely and predict any equipment failures proactively, where statistical techniques were not enough. Our technology collaborators had successfully implemented AI based predictive maintenance for German manufacturing plant equipment with over 97% accuracy.
