Inspection Machine creates the Tape Map with all the defective locations identified, and then the Rework Machine can be used as an offline tool for verifying and reworking those locations. iR2R and rR2R machines are proven and rugged machines to inspect and rework components, seal and tape quality after they have been ensealed into the carrier tapes.
