An alumnus of the prestigious Harvard Business School, John possesses 20 years of professional experience in building and scaling up profitable businesses. Having spearheaded cross-functional and culturally diverse teams, he has been endowed with the honour of leading multi-million businesses across industry sectors. He has effectively led high-performance International teams representing multiple functional domains.

John has worked with leading multinational organizations such as TNT Express, Randstad, FedEx, and Briley Group. John was the Business Head at learning solutions Bellwether, FranklinCovey, where he was steering corporate training and executive coaching businesses. He was instrumental in the rapid expansion of the global business for Sequoia Capital as well as Bertelsmann India backed Executive Education and EdTech major, Erulearning Solutions. He was a pivotal catalyst in the exponential growth of 2 brands – Eruditus and Emeritus.

John has been an advisor to eminent consulting firms such as Bain & Company, EY-Parthenon, Third Bridge and L.E.K. Consulting. In addition to his Harvard qualification, John holds Graduate and Postgraduate Degrees from the University Of Mumbai and a Postgraduate Diploma In Business Administration from IES Management College & Research Centre. He has undergone multiple executive education programs from Wharton, INSEAD, Columbia, MIT Sloan, and Tuck. He has also taken the Dale Carnegie Train The Trainer program.
