Harish’s experience of over 28 years includes working stints in TATA Unisys, PHIL (Konica Films, Polaroid Cameras), Walltracts LLC, and FranklinCovey (World’s Largest Training firm), and as Consultant with Forum Corporation (a 49 year old firm with roots in the Harvard Business School, presently owned by Korn Ferry). He has hands-on experience in Sales, Branch management, and Leadership with P&L responsibility.

Trained in Neuroscience, Harish is passionate about supporting people excel in their professions. He coaches internationally. He is an ACSTH Coach, certified from ICF accredited Coach Training Academy, an Electronics & Telecomm Engineer, MBA with additional Diplomas and other courses to his credit. His coaching clients include Big 4 Management Consulting and Audit & Consultancy firms.

Harish was invited as Speaker on ‘How to Build Your Reputation & Respect’ in Oil & Natural Gas Corporation, a Government of India enterprise; in Hindustan Petroleum a Government of India Enterprise Fortune 500 and Forbes 2000 company, and as a Motivational Speaker on ‘Emotional Resilience & Positivity’ in companies such as Dr Reddy’s Lab, Larsen & Toubro.
